摘要目的:观察复方阿胶浆联合促红细胞生成素治疗癌性贫血的疗效。方法:将46例癌性贫血患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各23例,对照组单独应用促红细胞生成素,治疗组在此基础上加用复方阿胶浆,比较两组治疗效果。结果:8周后对比两组患者的血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白及KPS评分,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:促红细胞生成素联合复方阿胶浆治疗癌性贫血可取得较好疗效。 Objective：Clinical effect of EPO and Fufang ejiao liquid on carcinoma anemia was observed.Method：46 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Treatment group received Fufang ejiao liquid and EPO,while the other only received EPO.Result：After eight weeks,the patients＇ hemoprotein,serum ferritin and TCM sign score were significantly higher than control group.Conclusion：EPO combined with Fufang ejiao liquid has good cure effect on carcinoma anemia
