某区社区卫生服务机构420张抗菌药物处方分析

Analysis on 420 Antibiotic Prescriptions in One Community Healthcare Center

目的:了解和评价某区社区卫生服务中心的抗菌药物使用情况并提出合理化建议。方法:从某区42家社区卫生服务中心的抗菌药物处方中抽出420张处方。根据《新编药物学》第16版,《临床用药须知2005版》等为依据,对抗菌药的应用指征、应用方法、给药途径及联合用药进行初步评价。并进行统计分析,得出相关结果。结果:头孢菌素类在所有抗菌药物中使用最常见,占总数的35.89%,抗菌药物不合理使用的处方比例为21.67%,其中最主要的情况是"给药次数不当"。结论:某区社区卫生服务机构的药物不合理使用情况比较严重,和既有文献报道相一致。应当从人才引进,加强宣传培训,加强监管等方面解决药物不合理使用的问题。

Objective：To describe and evaluate the use of antibiotics among Community Healthcare Centers in one district and to put forward a reasonable proposal.Methods：420 antibiotic prescriptions were randomly selected from 42 Community Healthcare Centers in one district.According to ＂New Pharmacology＂（16th Edition）,＂Clinical Drug Use Guide＂（2005 edition）etc.,initial evaluation was made on the indications for antibiotics application,application methods,route of administration and combinational use.and analysis was made according to the statistics of using rate and ratio.Results：The most commonly used antibiotics is cephalosporins,accounting for 35.89%.The ratio of irrational use of antibiotics is 21.67%.One of the most common seen cases is improper dosing frequency.Conclusions：The irrational use of drugs is in very serious situation in the healthcare centers of one district,and this is consistent with existing literature.To solve the problem of irrational use of drugs,This situation should be inproved through talent introduction,strengthening propaganda and training,and strengthening supervision and other aspects.
