我院处方点评工作中常见不合理处方分析

Analysis of Unreasonable Prescriptions during Comment on Prescription of Our Hospital

目的:分析门诊处方常见不合理用药情况,为保障患者用药安全,促进合理用药提供参考资料。方法:随机抽查2012年7-11月份我院门诊处方1867张,对其中不合理处方进行分类统计并分析。结果:在1867张处方中共有不合理处方198张,不合格率为10.60%。其中不规范处方39张,占不合理处方的19.70%;不适宜处方共147张,占不合理处方的74.24%;超常处方12张,占不合理处方的6.06%。结论:我院处方不合理现象较严重,应进一步完善处方管理办法的落实,建立合理用药的培训和监督机制。

Objective：To analysis the commonly seen irrational drug use of ourpatient department,to ensure the safety of medication and to promote rational drug use.Methods：1867 prescriptions of outpatient and emergency from July to November of 2012 were randomly selected,in which the irrational prescriptions and irrational drug use were classified and analyzed statistically based on clinical pharmacological knowledge and literatures.Results：The number of irrational prescriptions were 198,which accounted for 10.6%.39 prescriptions were irregular ones（accounted for 19.7% of the irrational presriptions）.147 prescriptions were inappropriate ones（accounted for 74.24% of the irrational prescription）.12 prescriptions were supernormal ones（accounted for 6.06% of the irrational prescriptions）.Conclusions：Irrational prescriptions phenomenon are outstanding in our hospital,so the implementation of prescription management method should be further improved and rational drug use training and supervision mechanism should be established in our hospital.
