基于提高就业能力的大学生社团建设研究

Job Hunting Ability Oriented Construction of College Students’ Community

本文对大学生就业能力和大学生社团的含义进行了界定,并分析了社团活动在提升大学生就业能力中的作用,包括有助于表达能力的培养,更好地向用人单位自荐;有助于组织管理能力的培养,更加适应用人单位要求;有助于文理交融的复合型知识结构人才的形成,更加受用人单位欢迎。在此基础上,从作为就业者的社团成员个体、社团管理部门的学校以及就业大学生最终服务的社会三个方面,提出了基于提高就业能力的大学生社团建设策略。

In this paper,undergraduates students＇ community and job hunting were defined abilities and the role of community activities in promoting students＇ job getting abilities were analyzed,which include presentation skills,organization and management capacities,and self recommendation abilities. The goal of students＇ community activities is to meet the needs of the students＇ future work and help to produce interdisciplinary talents popular with employers. On the basis of the above-mentioned discussion,the author puts forward some strategies for the job hunting ability oriented construction of college students＇ community.
