流通部作为图书馆的窗口单位,工作性质一直被读者误解为只会借还的机械工作。微博作为正在流行的交流平台,以其操作和成本优势,实现流通工作人员为读者导读等多项服务,改变了流通人员在读者心目中的形象。

The Circulation Department of the library,as a window unit,has always been misunderstood by readers as a mechanical borrowing-and-returning machine. However,micro-blog,a communication platform which is prevailing right now,makes it possible for librarians to provide readers with more and better services owing to its advantages in operation and cost,and thus changed the traditional image of the circulation department in the readers＇ eyes.
