论新疆生态文化的发展与建设

On the Development of the Eco-Culture in Xinjiang

古西域各族人民积淀下来的生态文化,是今天新疆生态文化建设的坚实基础。建设社会主义生态文化是马克思主义中国化的产物,是科学发展观的一种体现。新疆生态文化建设应以政府为主导,深入开展理论研究,使生态文化建设制度化、科学化;保持、发展和建设多元性的生态文化;提高各族人民的受教育水平和生态认知水平;将生态文化的教育和宣传内化为行为准则;组织文艺工作者创作生态文艺作品,发挥潜移默化的作用。

The accumulated eco-cultures by people of all nationalities in the Western Region are the solid foundation for developing the eco-culture in present Xinjiang. To develop social eco-culture is the result of Chinese Marxism and the manifestation of the outlook of scientific development. To develop this culture must be led by the government. Efforts must be made to carry on in-depth researches so as to ensure a systematic and scientific development of eco-culture, to maintain, develop and construct diversified eco-culture, to raise people＇s education and eco-awareness, to internalize as principles the publicity and education of eco-culture and organize literary works to bring into full play their osmosis role.
