伤寒六经表证分类学习浅识——参考姚荷生《<伤寒论>有关疾病分类学纲目》

On the Study of Classification of Exterior Syndrome through Six-Channels in Treaties on Febrile Diseases——In Reference to Compendium of Diseases Classification of Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Yao Hesheng

中医疾病分类学是研究中医疾病分类方法和作用的一门学科。疾病分类是诊断的一个过程,即通过临床观察,对患者所有的脉证综合分析,判断疾病的病因、病位、病机,对疾病初步拟订比较成熟的病名诊断,为确立治疗法则以及预测疾病的发展趋势与转归提供依据。本文在参考姚荷生《<伤寒论>有关疾病分类学纲目》的基础上,力求解决《伤寒论》学习过程中的总体结构把握问题,并就"六经皆有表证"、六经表证的具体分类做了较详细的总结和分析,有利于理解《伤寒论》各经自身初发病的特点和证治分型。

Classifications of Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine function as a discipline which focuses on the methods and functions of classifications of dieases,which serves a process of diagnosis,which is to say that the doctor tries to understand the reason,place,mechanism of the disease based on the comprehensive analysis of the patient’s pulse syndrome through clinical observation so as to lay a solid foundation for setting up the treating method and predicting the developmental trend of the disease.Taking Compendium of Diseases Classification of Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Yao Hesheng as a basic introduction,this paper is going to deal with the overall questions in learning Treatise on Febrile Diseases resulting in a fairly concrete summary and analysis of exterior syndrome through Six-Channels,which will help to understand the syndrome of each channel and their differences described in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
