降脂轻身袋泡剂治疗非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝122例临床疗效观察

Jiangzhi Qingshen Granules Treat Non-alcoholic Pure Fatty Liver 122 Cases

[目的]观察降脂轻身袋泡剂治疗非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver,NAFL)临床疗效。[方法]将符合NAFL诊断标准的183例患者随机分为治疗组122例,服用降脂轻身袋泡剂(浙药制字Z20050152);对照组61例,服用脂必妥,两组共完成2个疗程。观察比较治疗后两组患者症状、血脂、影像学检查及人体学指标。[结果]治疗组总有效率94.26%,对照组总有效率72.13%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]降脂轻身袋泡剂治疗NAFL疗效确切,对干预阻断脂肪肝发病进程有良好作用,体现了中医"治未病"和"既病防变"的重要思想。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Jiangzhi Qingshen Granules on non-alcoholic pure fatty liver.[Method] Randomly divide 183 cases in to treatment group 122 cases with Jiangzhi Qingshen Granules,and control group 61 with Zhibituo,both for 2 courses.Observe their symptoms,lipid,ima geological exam and somatology indexes.[Result] The total effective rate was 94.26% for treatment group,and 72.13% for control one;the treatment one was much better than the latter,with difference of statistical meaning.[Conclusion] The Jiangzhi Qingshen Granules treating the said disease had definite cure ef fect,with good function of blocking the development of fatty liver,embodying the main thoughts of TCM ＂treating pre-disease＂ and prevention.
