摘要
[目的]观察中药治疗流产(包括人工流产和药物流产)后恶露不绝的疗效。[方法]选取2011年1月至2011年12月在本院就诊的流产(包括人工流产和药物流产)后恶露不绝的患者80例,采用中医三型辨证(脾肾气虚、血瘀型、血热型)治疗。[结果]全部病例经两个疗程治疗,显效68例,有效6例,总有效率达到92.5%。[结论]中医三型辨证治疗流产后恶露不绝疗效好,成功率高,副作用小,可减少患者清宫带来的痛苦和宫内感染,值得临床推广。
[Objective] To observe the cure effect of TCM on lochiorrhea after abortion（artificial and medication）.[Method] Administer TCM 3-type signdifferentiation therapy to 80 cases of lochiorrhea of abortion.[Result] All cases had 2 courses,68 cases had marked efficacy,6 were effective,the total effec tive rate was 92.5%.[Conclusion] TCM 3-type sign-differentiation treating lochiorrhea after abortion had good cure effect,with high success rate and lit tle side effects,can reduce patients’ suffering of clearing uterus and intrauterine infection,worthy clinical promotion.
