微创空心加压螺钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折

Senile Femur Neck Fracture Treated with Mni-invasive Hollow Forcing Screw Internal Fixation

[目的]探讨微创空心加压螺钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。[方法]对45例股骨颈骨折患者应用微创技术加3枚空心加压螺钉内固定治疗并随访,观察治疗效果。[结果]本组45例均顺利完成手术。随访6～40个月,优31例,良7例,差7例(均为GardenIV型,发生股骨头坏死4例,骨不连3例),优良率84.4%。[结论]微创技术加3枚空心钉内固定治疗是基础疾病较多的无移位股骨颈骨折和部分移位股骨颈骨折老年患者的优选方法,该手术具有创伤小、操作简便、固定可靠、可免除长期卧床引起的一系列并发症的优点。

[Objective ]To explore the effect of mini-invasive hollow forcing screw internal fixation on senile femur neck fracture.[Method] Treat 45 such cases with mini-invasive technology and 3 hollow screw internal fixation;among which,13 cases had no shifting fracture,32 shifting fracture.[Result] Followed up for 6 ~40m,13 cases of non-shifting fracture were cured,3 were not cured in 32 cases of shifting fracture,4 had femoral head necrosis.[Conclusion] The said method above is the best method for senile non-shifting or part-shifting femoral neck fracture with many basic diseases,which has little operational injury,simple operation,is solid and reliable,and can avoid a series of complications owing to lying in bed long.
