Effects of Electroacupuncture on the Immunity of Septic Patients

[目的]观察电针治疗对脓毒症患者的免疫功能的影响。[方法]前瞻、随机抽取脓毒症患者50例,随机分为对照组(24例)和治疗组(26例)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上,加电针治疗,疗程3天。[结果]经电针治疗3天后,治疗组CD14+单核细胞HLA-DR上升至(65.36±5.06)%,与对照组(55.29±7.79)%比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组血浆TNF-α(23.06±2.11)fmol.ML-1和IL-6(21.85±2.51)pg.ML-1较对照组(30.96±3.59)fmo.lmL-1、(32.60±4.38)pg.ML-1明显下降(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为80.8%(21/26),优于对照组的54.2%(13/24,P<0.05)。[结论]电针治疗在脓毒症可提高免疫力功能,能改善临床预后。

[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture on the immunity of septic patients.[Methods] A total of 50 septic patients were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into two groups： control group（n=24）and treatment group（n=26）.The control group were given routine therapy while the therapy group received electroacupuncture for 3 days on the basis of routine therapy.[Results] After treamtment,the CD14＋HLADR in the control group wa（s 55.29±7.79）%,and that in the treatment group was（65.36±5.06）%（P＆lt;0.05）,TNF-α and IL-6 in plasma in the control group were（30.96±3.59） fmol/ml and（32.60±4.38）pg/ml,that in the treatment group were（23.06±2.11）fmol/ml and IL-6（21.85±2.51）pg/m（l P＆lt; 0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 80.8%,that in the control group was 54.2%（P＆lt;0.05）.[Conclusion] Electroacupuncture may improve the immunological function of severe sepsis patients and thus ameliorate their prognosis.
