中药学硕士专业学位培养模式的综合设计与探索

The Integrated Design and Exploration of the Cultivating Model of the Master's Professional Degree of Chinese Materia Medica

[目的]深入开展中药学硕士专业学位培养模式的综合设计与探索。[方法]通过对中药学硕士专业学位设置情况与特点的分析,提出其培养模式设计的总体原则与具体举措。[结果]中药学硕士专业学位培养模式应以国际药学专业学位教育先进模式为指导,依照中药学学科发展需求设置专业方向,以产学研结合打造中药学专业学位主要培养环节。[结论]具体举措从明确人才培养定位,科学设置方向;强化阶段培养,优化培养过程;产学研结合,构建实践教学体系;规范格式与评阅标准,强化学位论文质量等四个方面开展综合设计与探索。

[Objective] To deeply carry out the integrated design and exploration of the cultivating model of the master’s professional degree of Chinese Materia Medica.[Method]By analyzing the setting condition and characteristics of the master’s professional degree of Chinese Materia Medica,put forward its training pattern design principle and concrete measures.[Result]The cultivating model should be based on the advanced international educational model of pharmaceutical professional degree,the professional direction should be designed according to the demand of the development of Chinese Materia Medi ca,the general cultivating links of the professional degree of Chinese Materia Medica consisted in the cooperation of production,learning and research.[Conclusion] Specific measures include： specifying the cultivating orientation of talents to set the direction scientifically;strengthening the stage training to optimize the training process;constructing practical teaching system with manufacture-learning-research cooperation;highlighting the quality of degree thesis by standardizing the format and appraisal.According to the four measures above,the cultivating model is designed and explored comprehensively.
