摘要
[目的]基于"肝主筋"对椎间盘退变进行相关理论研究。[方法]通过研究椎间盘退变的特点,结合传统中医"肝主筋"理论,提出椎间盘退变从肝论治,并详细阐述"肝主筋"的治疗方法,以期为椎间盘退变的防治提供新思路、新途径。[结果]中医传统理论和西医治疗靶点相结合,提出从多靶点、多成分从根本上对椎间盘退变的治疗进行探讨,这不仅与中医的整体观念和辨证论治相符合,也与西医的多中心、多途径作用的治疗理念契合。肝主筋理论也体现了中医"未病先防,既病防变",使中医治未病理论现代化。[结论]从中医角度,椎间盘退变是以外邪入侵,痰瘀阻滞为标,肝血亏虚、不能濡养筋脉为本。椎间盘退变的发生往往伴随着肝脏的生理功能失调",肝主筋"是治疗椎间盘退变的基础。
[Purpose] To carry out the intervertebral disc degeneration related theoretical research on account of "Liver Controlling Tendon".[Methods] Through the research of the features of intervertebral disc degeneration,combined with traditional Chinese medicine "Liver Controlling Tendon"theory,it proposes intervertebral disc degeneration from the liver and elaborates the method of treatment of"Liver Controlling Tendon",in order to provide new ideas and new ways of prevention of intervertebral disc degeneration.[Results] Theory of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapeutic target combination is proposed.From the multi-target and multi-component fundamentally explore the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration,which is not only consistent with the overall concept and the diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine but also fits the western multi-center role in the treatment of the multi-channel concept.Liver controlling tendon theory reflects thetraditional Chinese medicine "disease prevention first,prevention of progress of disease".Make the disease prevention in the treatment of disease theory modernization.[Conclusion] From the Chinese point of view,interver tebral disc degeneration takes foreign evils and the phlegm block as the standard and the liver blood deficiency can not nourish tendons as origin.The oc currence of disc degeneration is often accompanied by physiological dysfunction of the liver."Liver Controlling Tendon"is the basis for the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration.
