摘要
经过研究发现 :通过增大围包角降低胶带张力的前提条件是按摩擦传动条件计算出的胶带承载段最小张力值大于或等于垂度所要求的最小张力值 ,若这一条件不满足 ,则应选择合适的围包角 ,以免造成胶带的无谓弯曲 ,文中还探讨了胶带初张力应按满载启动工况并根据胶带输送机的实际参数加以确定。
With the analysis of the circumstance to reduce the belt tension by enlarging the angle round drum,it is found that the preliminary tension is determined by the condition of full bearing start and the practical operation of belt conveyors.
