摘要
新一轮课程改革实行国家、地方、学校三级课程管理模式。这种管理模式对少数民族地区开发民族文化课程资源提供了制度保障,同时对少数民族教师专业发展的提高提出了更高的理论指导和实际要求。目前,西北藏区的民族教师承担不同程度的校本课程资源开发项目,但教师在具体开发和实施过程中遇到语言障碍、文化冲突、专业人员匮乏等困难。文章针对藏族教师参与开发民族文化课程所面临的困境,提出相应的对策。
The new curriculum revolution requires that courses should be carried out in a three- level management pattem (national, lo- cal,and school),which provides institutional guarantee for developing ethnical curriculum resources in ethnical regions. At the same time, it poses a higher requirement both theoretically and practically for the professional improvement and national- culture accomplishmem of ethnical teachers.At present, Tibetan teachers in noithwest China undertake various projects of school- based course resource development. However, they meet many obstacles in their proceedings, including language impediment,cultural conflicts,and shortage of professionals. The thesis fo- cuses on the diflleulties Tibetan teachers face when they are developing Tibetan culture courses,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
