摘要
学前教育的推进普及已成为当前国际教育发展的新趋势,成为世界各国的共同行动。在中国,学前教育得到各级政府前所未有的高度重视,迎来了空前发展契机。甘孜藏族自治州提出创建藏区一流教育目标,率先在藏区实施免费学前教育。面对甘孜州学前教育客观的严峻现实,通过全面调查、了解适龄儿童数量、群众教养方式和教育观念、族群语言文化和宗教信仰等,提出因地制宜、合理布局的,转变农牧民教育观念的,开展多种形式双语教育的,探索适合甘孜州幼儿教育发展的幼教师资队伍建设等对策,以此发展具有地方特色的学前教育。
Advancing the popularity of pre- school education has become a new trend in the current international education development and the world common action.In China,pre- school education has drawn a great unprecedented importance from all levels of government, ush- ered in an unprecedented development opportunity. The Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture has set the goal to create first - class education and fL,'St to carry out free pre - school education in Tibetan areas. This article puts forward various methods to improve preschool staff construc- tion so as to push the development of preschool education with local characteristics.
