胃肠道重建手术治疗2型糖尿病的实验研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 糖尿病中90%以上患者是2型糖尿病(type2diabetesmellitus,T2DM)。目前T2DM以饮食控制、运动与生活方式干预、口服各种降糖药物及注射胰岛素等内科治疗为主,但效果不理想,晚期并发症频发,易致生活质量下降。
