胃肠道重建手术治疗2型糖尿病的实验研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 糖尿病中90％以上患者是2型糖尿病（type2diabetesmellitus，T2DM）。目前T2DM以饮食控制、运动与生活方式干预、口服各种降糖药物及注射胰岛素等内科治疗为主，但效果不理想，晚期并发症频发，易致生活质量下降。
