甲状腺鳞状细胞癌一例

摘要 原发于甲状腺鳞状细胞癌罕见，文献报道仅占所有甲状腺恶性肿瘤的0．9％。但该肿瘤恶性度高，发展快，预后差。目前临床缺乏足够资料来指导该病的诊治，本文报道1例并结合国内外文献资料，对该病的临床特征及诊治做一讨论。
