摘要
通过对弹性润滑特性参数油膜厚度的几种测量方法的分析 ,选定采用接触电阻法测量圆弧圆柱蜗轮蜗杆传动过程中的接触电阻 ,间接判断齿面的润滑状态 ,实验结果与理论计算吻合。
By analysing some measurements methods for the oil film thickness of EHL characteristic parameters,choose to use the electrical contact resistance method to measure the electrical contact resistance during the axial circle profile the worm gear and worm drives,indirectly judge the tooth face lubrication states.The experimental results are conformed with the theoretical calculating results.
