介绍了两家美国磷矿山的基本情况及管理特点 ,结合英坪磷矿的具体情况 ,提出进一步完善其管理机制 ,提高经济效益的几点建议。
The basic conditions and management characteristics of two American phousphoric ore mines are described. Suggestions are made on further perfecting the management mechanism of Yingping Phousphoric Ore Mine and improving its economical effect in combination with its specific conditions.
