浅谈“与城市开放空间相结合的慢行系统规划”——以厦门海沧湖慢行系统近期规划为例

Study on plan on non-motorized traffic systems combined with urban open space——A case study of recent plan on non-motorized traffic system in Haicang lake of Xiamen

随着经济水平的提高及人们对于人居环境健康生态理念的加强,城市慢行交通又重新进入都市人的视野。与城市开放空间相结合的城市慢行系统有助于周边自然与人文资源的整合及城市绿地及水系景观的连接,利于塑造富有地域特色的景观系统。本文认为城市开放空间与慢行系统的结合具有连通性、可达性、景观性、生态性四个特征,现结合海沧湖的慢行系统规划,从步行系统、自行车系统、慢行交通节点三方面探讨与城市开放空间相结合的慢行系统规划特征。

With the improvement of economic level as well as reinforcement of people＇s concept of living with a healthy and ecological environment, non-motorized traffic systems have been into the vision of city resident. Urban non-motorized traffic system, combined with urban open space, will be propitious to integrate the natural and cultural resources, and to connect urban green spaces or river systems. It also contributes to shaping the landscape system with local characteristics. This paper argue that urban open space combined with non-motorized traffic system have the characteristics of connectivity, reachability, aesthetics and ecological feature. Now combined with planning of non- motorized traffic system around Haicang lake, this paper discusses the planning characteristic of non-motorized traffic system which combined with urban open space, from the aspects of walking system, bicycle system, and non-motorized transport nodes.
