我国中职教育免费政策剖析

On the Free Policy in Our Country's Secondary Vocational Education

中等职业教育免费政策试图实施对中职教育的免费与适当的生活补助,来降低私人就学成本和教育服务价格,从而刺激农村初中毕业生学生对于职业教育的需求,增加中等职业学校的生源,达成政府加强中等职业教育发展的目的。但在实施的过程中也出现了很多问题,本文从政策出台的背景,政策的不断完善出发,发现政策取得的成果以及存在的争议。

The free policy of secondary vocational education attempts to provide free secondary vocational education and adequate living subsidies and reduces private the cost of school attendance and the prices of educational services so as to stimulate the demands of rural students graduated from middle schools for vocational education and increase the enrollment of secondary vocational schools, achieving the government＇s aim of developing secondary vocational education. But during the process of the implementation of the policy, there appear many problems. Starting with background of the policy and the continuous improvement of the policy, the paper discusses the achievements and the disputes of the policy.
