地方院校转专业现状与对策研究——以湖州师范学院为例

Study on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Changing Majors in Local Colleges——Taking Huzhou Teachers College for Example

随着高校办学体制、招生制度和人才培养模式改革的不断深化,近年来,许多高校开始实行转专业制度。本文以湖州师范学院为例,分析湖州师范学院转专业的现状及成因,提出转专业过程中存在的问题及今后发展的策略。

With the continuous deepening of school-rurming system, enrollment system and talent training mode in colleges, many colleges begin to implement the major changing system in recent years. Taking Huzhou Teachers College as an exam- ple, the paper analyzes the current situation and causes of changing majors in Huzhou Teachers College, and puts forward the problems during the process and the strategies in the future development.
