摘要
人作为组织发展过程中最为重要的一种资源,人力资源的质量与数量对组织的生存和发展起着至关重要的作用。但是,我国现行的教育人力资源管理中仍然存在着管理观念落后、传统的教育人事管理体制影响力过大、科学有效的教育人力资源规划不足、绩效考核机制不是很健全等问题。本文一方面分析这些问题,另一方面在这些问题的基础上提出建议,对学校培养优秀的教育人力资源管理者有所帮助。
Human is one of the most important resources during the process of organizational development, the qual- ity and quantity of human resources plays a crucial role for the survival and development of organizations. But there are still many problems in the current educational human resource management, such as the outdated management ideas, the traditional personnel management system in education, the shortage of scientific and effective educational human resource planning and imperfect performance evaluation system and so on. The paper firstly analyzes these problems and then puts forward some suggestions, hoping to provide some help for schools to train excellent educa- tional human resource administrators.
