高职报关与国际货运专业实训师资队伍建设探讨

Discussion on the Construction of Training Teaching Staff of Customs Declaration and International Shipping Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文首先探讨了高职报关与国际货运专业实训教师应具备的相关能力,包括理论知识、实践指导和英语、计算机能力。经调查,发现该专业实训师资队伍存在结构失衡、实践技能不强、教科研水平不高等相关问题。针对该专业不同性质的实训教师和存在的现实问题,文章提出有针对性的实训师资队伍建设建议。

The paper firstly discusses training teachers＇ some abilities related to Customs Declaration and International Shipping major of higher vocational colleges, including theoretical knowledge, practical guidance and English and computer skills. Through investigations, we found that the training teaching staff of this major has some problems, such as structural imbalance, weak practical skills, low-level teaching and scientific researches and so on. According to the training teachers of different properties and the actual problems, the paper puts forward some specific suggestions on the construction of training teacher team team.
