摘要 课堂教学的效果,在一定程度上会决定人才培养的质量。而要提高课堂教学效果,关键一点就是要做到"教学相长"。"教学相长"的教学理念不仅具有深厚的历史的渊源,而且随着时代的发展也赋予了现代的意义。教师教学能力与学生智慧相伴发展、教师专业与学生能力共同提高是教学相长的内在涵义和本质要求,并体现在课堂教学的整个过程中。 The effects of classroom teaching will decide the quality of talent training to a certain degree. To improve the ef- fects of classroom teaching, we should guarantee that teaching benefits teachers as well as students. The teaching concept of "teaching benefits teachers as well as students" had profound historical origin and was given modem significances with the development of the times. The intrinsic meaning and the essential requirement of the concept means that we should develop teachers' teaching capability along with students' wisdom and improve teachers' professional abilities along with students' learning abilities, which is represented in the whole process of classroom teaching.
