浅谈高职生学习兴趣的激发和培养

On the Stimulation and Training of Students' Learning Interests in Higher Vocational Colleges

兴趣是提高课堂效率,保证教学质量的关键,目前,在校高职生往往存在学习兴趣不浓甚至厌学现象突出等问题,本文结合笔者的教学实践,从原因分析、培养途径等方面着重进行了介绍,认为激发学生学习热情、采用多种方法教学、建立和谐的师生关系等可以激发和培养学生学习兴趣。

Interest is the key to improving the efficiency of classroom teaching and gumanteeing the quality of teaching. At present, higher vocational students often have some prominent problems, for example, they have low learning interests and even hate learning. The paper combines the author＇s teaching practices to mainly introduce the phenomena from the aspects of the analysis of reasons and the training approaches, and proposes that stimulating students＇ learning enthusiasm, carrying out various methods to teach and estab- lishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship can stimulate and main students＇ learning interests.
