摘要
师生的教学关系是师生关系是核心,也是如何通过教学中师生的互动和作用,来实现教师影响学生的主要途径。因此,正确认识教学中的师生关系就成为能否有效进行师生互动、改进教师的教和学生的学的前提和基础。本文在梳理当前我国有关教学中师生关系的一些观点的基础上,通过对笔者自身的教学实践经验,运用行动研究法,针对师范院校课堂教学提出了基于双主体思想的"主导-自导"教学关系,并分析了"主导-自导"教学关系的内涵及其如何在师范院校课堂中的应用,以期对我国教师教育改革提出一些建议。
The teacher-student teaching relationship is the core of the relationship between teachers and students and is also a ma- jor approach for teachers to impact students through the interaction and roles of teachers and students in the teaching. Therefore, correctly understanding the teacher-student relationship is the premise and basis for effectively carrying out the interactions between teachers and students and improving teachers' teaching and students' learning. Based on the analysis of the teacher-student relation- ship in our country's teaching, the paper combines the author's teaching practices and applies the action research method to put for- ward the "leading and self-guided" teaching relationship on the basis of the double subjective thought according to the classroom teaching of normal universities, and also analyzes the connotation of this teaching relationship and its application in the classroom of normal universities, hoping to provide some suggestions for the reform of teachers' education in China.
