案例教学在中职学校法律课程中发挥了一定的效用,但也存在一些问题,文章结合中职教师的工作实际,针对案例教学的弊端提出了完善法律课程案例教学的建议,希望在实践中能得到检验。

Case teaching has played a ce^in effects in the law courses of secondary vocational schools, but there are still some problems. The paper combines the working practices of secondary vocational teachers to put forward some suggestions for impro- ving the case teaching of law courses according to the defects of case teaching, hoping to make it be tested in the practices.
