Role Definition and Working Strategies of Counselors in College Students' Mental Health Education

高校目前越来越重视大学生心理健康教育,辅导员做为大学生心理健康教育的实施主体,其角色和任务为:心理健康教育知识的宣教员、大学生心理问题的鉴别员、大学生一般心理问题的咨询员;为此,为更好的完成角色任务,辅导员在心理健康教育中要注意储备心理健康教育知识;工作中注重与学生建立良好关系;注重心理教育实践和积累;建立并利用多层辅导体系;实施全方位的心理健康辅导;充分利用学生工作平台开展隐性的心理健康教育工作。

College counselors have attached more and more importance to college students＇ mental health education at pre- sent. As the main body of carrying out mental health education, college counselors＇ roles and tasks include： the instructor of knowledge of mental health education; the identifier of college students＇ psychological problems; the consultant of college students＇ general psychological problems. Therefore, to better finish their tasks, counselors should pay more attention to the education of mental health knowledge; establish a good relationship with students; value the practices and accumulation of psychological education; construct and use the multi-level tutoring system; implement all-round mental health counseling; take full advantage of student work platform to implement recessive mental health education.
