摘要
学习动机是学生学习的内部动力,对学习具有重要的推动作用。目前大学生的学习动机普遍存在着动机缺乏、强度不足、倾向偏差等问题。教师必须要了解目前大学生学习动机现状,然后采取针对性措施,激发和培养学生的学习动机,促进学生的学习。
Learning motivation is the internal impetus of students' learning and has an important promoting role for learning. At present, students' learning motivations usually have such problems as the lack of motivations, insufficient intensity and the deviation of tendencies. Therefore, teachers should understand the present situation of college stu- dents' learning motivations and then adopt targeted measures so as to stimulate and train their learning motivations and promote their learning.
