在基于生产过程的人才培养模式下,高职高专辅导员的教育工作要以学生所学专业岗位产业链为主线,根据学生所学专业知识、专业技能及行业职业岗位能力、职业素养要求,结合班级学生实际,积极转变观念、提升学生基本素质、培育学生职业能力、培养学生可持续发展能力。

Based on the talent training mode of productive process, higher vocational counselors must take post industrial chains of students＇ majors as the main line to positively change concepts, improve students＇ basic qualities and train students＇ vocational abilities and sustainable development capability according to students＇ professional knowledge, professional skills and post abilities and the requirements of professional qualities as well as students＇ specific situations.
