探究网络环境下图书馆联盟建设的思考

随着国家经济与科技的发展,知识对于人民与国家的发展越来越重要。作为向大众传递的一种有效媒介-图书馆也在我们的生活中更加的普及。如何更好的对图书馆进行管理,如何利用新世纪的网络技术,使图书馆更大限度的发挥它的价值,本文对网络环境下的图书馆联盟的建设提出几点思考。

With the development of national economy and science and technology, knowledge is becoming increasingly im- portant for people and the country. As an effective medium of conveying information for the public, libraries have been very popular in our lives. The paper puts forward some thoughts on the construction of library consortia under the environment of network, for instance, how to manage libraries well and apply the network technology of the new century so as to maximize libraries＇ values.
