上海某郊区外来青年社会融入度分析

Analysis of the Situation of Social Integration of External Youth in Certain Suburb of Shanghai

上海作为一个日益国际化的大都市,随着自身经济、社会和城市建设的快速发展,人口流动极为频繁,外来人口的数量也迅速攀升,面对一个日益庞大的外来青年群体,如何关注他们的愿望需求,如何了解他们心理状态,如何使其适应城市生活、融入上海,如何帮助他们与上海的发展同步,关系到上海的城市发展、社会管理,更关系到上海的未来发展。为此,笔者选取上海某郊区进行调察研究,以图进一步研究探讨外来青年融入城市社会的路径方法、存在的问题以及对策建议。

With the rapid development of the economy, society and urban construction and as an increasingly internationali- zed metropolis, Shanghai＇s population mobility is rather frequent and floating population is quickly increasing. Facing the in- creasingly large external youth group, how to pay close attention to their demands, understand their mental status, make them adapt to the urban life and integrate into this city and help them development along with Shanghai concerns Shanghai＇s urban development, social management as well as its future development. In view of this, the author made an investigation and stu- dy on certain suburb in Shanghai so as to further discuss the approaches, problems and solutions for making the external youth integrate into the urban society.
