为完善我国矿业产业组织 ,达到矿业产业组织合理化标准 ,形成合理化的市场结构和以大企业为核心 ,大企业与中小企业分层竞争的有效竞争的企业组织结构形态 ,改善市场效果 ,本文探讨了三种具体的实现途径和方式 ,亦即探讨我国矿业企业外延扩张成长的具体模式。
