摘要 以 Al-Si合金为例 ,对电磁搅拌细化宏观凝固组织的机理进行了探讨 ,认为电磁搅拌强迫流动增加了液相中形核的同时性及使晶核更加均匀地分散在液相中是宏观组织细化的根本原因。 The refinement mechanism of Al-Si alloy macrostructure by EMS was studied in this paper.It was believed that the essential reason of macrostructure refinement was that the simultaneity of crystals forming was enhanced by forced flow which made the crystals disperse more uniformly in the liquid phase.
