用Sol gel法以磷酸和氢氧化钙为原料制备了羟基磷酸钙 (HAP)超细粉末 .重点研究了体系pH值、磷酸的滴加方式和滴加速度对产物组成和性质的影响 .结果表明 :通过控制磷酸的滴加方式和滴加速度 ,在体系pH为 1 1~1
Hydroxyapatite(HAP) ultrafine powder was prepared from phosphate acid and calcium hydroxide by Sol gel method. The effect of preparing conditions, such as the pH value of the system and the titration speed, on the properties and components of product was studied by thermodynamic analysis and experiments. The results show that the pure and ultrafine HAP powder can be obtained through strict control of titration way and speed. The pH value of system should be controlled in the range of 11~12 to prepare pure HAP. The relative density of the product HAP is 2.97 g/cm 3, and the size of the HAP powder less than 0.05 μm determined by SEM. According to the XRD there are no impurities in the product HAP.
