摘要
采用高能球磨法 ,在SiCp 表面上部分包覆TiO2 ,再通过液态搅拌法 ,制备了SiCp/ 60 66复合材料 .利用X射线衍射分析及SEM能谱分析 ,测定了SiCp 与TiO2 粉末的混合情况 ,采用光学显微镜观察了材料铸态下的显微组织 .结果表明 ,高能球磨可以使TiO2 部分包覆SiCp,并有利于SiCp 在铝液中分散 ,SiCp/ 60 66合金铸态时的强度有显著提高 .但固 /液界面前热力场分布、冷却速度等因素对SiCp
The 6066 aluminum alloy reinforced with SiC p coated with TiO 2 powder by high energy ball milling was prepared through liquid fabrication processing. The mixed powder was measured and analyzed by X ray and SEM, and the microstructure of experimental materials in the as cast state was observed by optical microscopy. The results showed that the SiC p could be partly coated with TiO 2, and such coatings improved the distribution of SiC p during the melting of composites. Other factors, such as the cooling rate, also had great influence on the distribution of SiC p. The tensile strength of SiC p/6066 MMC increases obviously in the as cast state.
