摘要
研究了在Ni 2 0Cr合金粉中添加质量分数为 2 0 %MoS2 ,通过热压法制备得到的高温自润滑材料的摩擦学特性 .结果表明 :在高温摩擦过程中 ,材料中的硫化物共晶体是主要的润滑组元 ;材料与淬火W1 8Cr4V和YJ2对偶时的摩擦因数随着温度变化有所不同 ,但是磨损率都是随着温度升高而增大的 ,其高温下磨损形式主要为磨粒磨损 ;
The tribological characteristics of a high temperature self lubricating material, which is made from Ni 20Cr and 20% powders by hot pressing, are studied in detail. It shows that: sulfide eutectics are the major lubricants during high temperature friction process; friction coefficients are different and wear rates increase as temperature rises due to different matches; oxides formed on the surface of YJ2 hardmetal have great effects on the anti friction performances.
