摘要
目的确定菊葛天麻颗粒挥发油与β-环糊精的包结工艺,分析测定包合物。方法以包结率和收得率为指标,采用正交L9(34)试验,优选包结条件;以X射线衍射法,对挥发油与β-环糊精形成包合物进行分析。结果挥发油与β-环糊精用量比为1∶10,包结温度为40℃,搅拌时间为3h,为挥发油与β-环糊精最佳包结条件,形成β-环糊精包合物。结论按实验确定的挥发油包结方法,可成功的将挥发油包结起来。
Objective The inclusion technology of Jugetianma Granule Volatile Oil into β-Cyclodextrin (13-CD) was established. The inclusion complex was analyzed and determined. Methods The best processing technology of Jugetianma Granule Volatile Oil-β-Cyclodextrin inclusion complex was studied by the inclusion rate and yield by the L9 (34) orthogonal table. The inclusion complex was analyzed by X-ray diffractometry. Results The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as: The ratio of volatile oil to β-Cyclodextrin was 1 : 10, the inclusion temperature and time were at 40℃ and for 3h. Conclusion The volatile oil was capable of forming inclusion complex with β-Cyclodextrin by the established method.
