hTERT及Caspase-3在重度子痫前期胎盘表达的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过研究重度子痫前期孕妇与正常妊娠孕妇胎盘组织中hTERT及Caspase-3的表达规律,探讨二者在重度子痫前期发病过程中的可能的发病机制。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法 (HRP法)45例晚期妊娠(对照组,其中22例为早产,23例为足月)及45例重度子痫前期(研究组,其中22例为早产,23例为足月)孕妇胎盘组织中人端粒酶逆转录酶蛋白的表达水平。结果①hTERT在重度子痫前期胎盘组织的表达显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②Caspase-3在重度子痫前期胎盘的表达显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③在重度子痫前期胎盘组织中,hTERT与Caspase-3的表达呈负相关关系,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论我们发现hTERT在重度子痫前期表达降低,Caspase-3表达增强,hTERT与Caspase-3的表达呈负相关关系,推测hTERT及Caspase-3与重度子痫前期发病过程有密切关系,hTERT在早期妊娠可能起到保护的作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase 0aTERT) and Caspase-3 in different gestational in placenta tissue of sever preeclampsia, and to explore the etiology and mechanism of preeelampsia. Methods Using the Immtmohistochemical HRP method to detect the expression level of hTERT protein in 45 cases of late pregnancy (the control group, of which 22 cases of premature delivery, 23 cases of term) and 45 eases of severe preeelampsia (the research team, of which 22 cases of premature delivery, 23 cases of term) pregnant women placenta tissue. Results hTERT in severe preeelampsia placenta expression significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) . (2)Caspase-3 in severe preeclampsia placenta expression significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) . (3)In severe preeclampsia placenta, hTERT and Caspase-3 expression is inversely related, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) . Condosion The hTERT in severe preeclampsia placenta expression is reduced, Caspase-3 express enhancement, hTERT and Caspase-3 expression is inversely related, speculation hTERT and Caspase-3 are closely related to the occurrence and the development of preeelampsia. People telomerase reverse transcriptase in early pregnancy may play a protective role.
