迈之灵联合中药熏洗治疗混合痔术后水肿的临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Forte Combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigation and Washing Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoid Postoperative Edema

目的观察内服迈之灵片加中药熏洗对痔疮术后水肿的临床疗效。方法将60例混合痔术后水肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用迈之灵片加用中药煎液作肛门部熏洗,对照组用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗。结果治疗组改善混合痔术后水肿疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论本方法对痔疮术后水肿效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oral aescuven forte tablets plus herbal fumigation hemorrhoids postoperative edema. Me/hods 60 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema patients were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated with aeseuven forte tablets on the traditional chinese medicine decoction for anal fumigation, and control group with 1 ： 5000 potassium permanganate fumigation. Result The treatment group improved mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The method for hemorrhoids postoperative edema, the exact effect, worthy of clinical application.
