清热燥湿药黄芩的免疫调节作用研究进展

目的探讨黄芩及其提取物的免疫调节作用及其机制研究情况。方法基于黄芩的中医药理论特点,通过文献收集、归纳、总结,综述了黄芩及其提取物的免疫调节作用及其机制研究情况。结果关于黄芩及其提取物的免疫调节作用的研究和应用日益增加。其中,对黄芩苷及黄芩苷锌络合物免疫调节作用及其机制的研究较多。结论探明黄芩及其提取物的免疫调节作用机制,在临床治疗、预防保健等层面上有着十分重要的意义。

Objective To explore research situation of irnmunomodulation effects and mechanism of Huangqin （Radix Scutellariae） and its exlracts. Methods Based on the characteristic of the theory of traditional Chinese Medicinethe of Huangqin （Radix ScuteUariae） , through collect, Induce and summarize literatures, reviews research situation of immunomodulation effects and mechanism of Huangqin （Radix Scutellariae ） and its extracts. Results Research and application of irnmunomodulation effects and mechanism of Huangqin （Radix Scutellariae） and its extracts are increasing. Among them, the research of immtmomodulation effects ofbaicalin and baicalin zinc complex have drawn a wide attention, Conclusion Ascertaining immunomodttlation effects and mechanism ofHuangqin （Radix Scutellariae） and its extracts have important significance in clinical treatnent, disease prevention and health care.
