白细胞介素在重症肌无力发病机制中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 重症肌无力(Myasthenia Gravis,MG)的发病与体液免疫、细胞免疫密不可分。T淋巴细胞通过分泌细胞因子(Cytokines,CK)相互制约、相互诱导,组成了一个错综复杂的免疫系统,在重症肌无力的发病机制中起到促炎和抑炎作用。研究表明IL-1、IL-2、IL-5、IL-6、IL-12、IL-15、IL-18、IL-21、IL-23在MG的发病中起促炎作用;在抑炎类细胞因子中,IL-4有助于防止乙酰胆碱受体(Acetylcholinereceptor,AchR)介导的慢性自身免疫反应的发生,IL-10对MG的作用主要取决于其对Th1类CK的抑制能否对抗过度活跃的B细胞。
