摘要
通过对离心磨矿机的简化结构及滚筒运动特点进行分析 ,归纳出滚筒内介质破碎物料的四种方式 ,即冲击破碎、磨剥、压碎及劈裂 ,从而揭示了影响离心磨矿机粉碎能耗的原因是破碎方式 ,且主要是冲击破碎 在此基础上 ,运用动力学的有关理论 ,求出了离心矿磨机的有用能耗表达式 ,并通过试验进行论证 试验表明 ,离心磨矿机比普通球磨机节能 图 2 ,表 1 ,参
Based on the analysis of the simplify structure and roller movement of the centrifugal miller, the author induct the four ways of the grinding of materials in roller, this is impact shattering, grinding and peeling, mangling and splitting, thereby reveals the main reasons that affect the miller grinding energy consumption are the ways of grinding, and principal main is impact grinding. On the basis of this, the formula of useful energy consumption is induced by make use of theory of kinetics, and it was proved by means of experiment. All this shows that centrifugal miller reduce energy consumption than ball miller, it provides theoretical basis for appliction of centrfugal miller. 2figs.,1tab.,5refs.
