摘要 在编制湖南省长沙市暴雨强度及计算公式中 ,通过利用计算机的辅助计算 ,得出了应用二元插值理论与最小二乘原理联合求解确定皮尔逊 -Ⅲ型分布统计参数。经该市 2 5年 ( 1 974年~ 1 998年 )的各历时实测的暴雨强度资料验证 ,此方法获得的皮尔逊 -Ⅲ型分布统计曲线与实测的城市暴雨强度统计资料拟合最好 ;且计算方法简单、速度快、结果不受人为主观因素影响 图 6 ,表 1 ,参 In the practice of compiling and establishing the unban storm intensity formula of Changsha ,with the help of computer , the method that the bivariate interpolation and the least square method was applied to calculate the statistical parameters of Pearson-Ⅲ distributing curves is presented in this paper. By the conclusion of testing and verifying the real unban storm intensity data of 25 years (from 1974 year to 1998 year) in Changsha ,it is proved that this method is successful and suitable and the statistical curves of Pearson-Ⅲ distribution got by using the method in this paper is good identical to the real data of unban storm intensity . The calculating method is simple and the calculating speed is quick in this paper , and the personal objective attitud haven't an effect on the calculating result. 6figs.,1tab.,5refs.
