摘要
齿轮传动是机械传动主要形式之一 ,应用极为广泛。采用适当材料制作齿轮及对其进行正确的热处理 ,可大大提高齿轮传动的可靠性 ,延长齿轮寿命。本文论述了常用齿轮材料的种类。
Gear transmission, one of main mechanical transmissions, is extensively used in mechanical industry. Correct material and heat treatment of gears can increase the reliability of gear transmission and last the life of gears. In this paper, the common materials of gears and their properties and the methods for heat treatment of gears and their feasures are expounded.
