摘要 永平铜矿选矿厂投产后不久 ,碎矿工艺流程由于洗矿效果差、粉矿仓内矿料结拱 ,导致流程不畅 ,因此取消洗矿作业 ,并为中碎预先筛分的筛下粉矿设单独的平面矿仓。在这些措施的基础上 ,整个破碎流程打通 ,实现了达产。在浮选工艺方面 ,生产初期使用的混合浮选流程 ,不能充分适应矿石性质 ;生产对比表明 ,分步优先浮选工艺较混合浮选工艺 ,对银、铜回收率都有提高 ,硫回收率相当 ,但生产中该工艺铜粗选 pH值难以控制 ,硫回收率不稳定 ;吸取其优点 ,改造成等可浮工艺 。 Shortly after the concentrator of Yongping Copper Mine was put into operation, the ore washing operation was removed from crushing flowsheet because of low ore washing efficiency and the blocking of the flowsheet caused by the hanging up of powder ore in surge ore bin and a planar ore bin to store the undersize product of pre screening was build in secondary crushing. On the basis of these measures, the whole crushing flowsheet was unblocked and the expected output was reached. In respect of flotation technology, the bulk flotation flowsheet used at the beginning of production was unsuitable for the properties of the ore. It was shown by the comparison between their flotation production indexes that selective flotation was better than bulk flotation in recovery of Ag or Cu and was similar in recovery of S. However, the pH value of selective flotation was very difficult to be controlled and the recovery of S was fluctuated. Therefore, the isoflotability was introduced into the flotation flowsheet, then a good flotation result had been achieved.
