加味左金丸中盐酸小檗碱的提取与含量测定

Extraction and Etermination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Jiaweizuojin Pills

目的建立加味左金丸中盐酸小檗碱的提取和测定方法。方法以50%甲醇-盐酸（100∶1）为溶剂,超声提取30min作为盐酸小檗碱的提取方法。色谱柱CAPCELL PAK C18;流动相：乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液（含0.2%的三乙胺,用磷酸调pH值为3.0）（25∶75）;检测波长263nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在进样量0.06672~1.3344mg范围内线性良好r=1,平均回收率为99.27%,RSD=0.71%,（n=6）。结论该方法操作简便,准确可靠,可用于提取和测定加味左金丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量。

Objective To develop a method for the extraction and determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jiaweizuojin Pills. Methods Berberine hydrochloride was extracted with 50% methanol-hydrochloric acid（100 ： 1） in ultrasonic cleaner for 30 minutes. The CAPCELL PAK C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate （including 0.2% triethylamine and pH value was adjusted to 3.0）（25 ： 75）. The detection wavelength was at 263 nm. Results The linearity of berberine ydrochloride was fine in the range of 0.06672-1.3344 mg （r=1）. The average recovery was 99.27% and RSD was 0.71% （n=6）. Conclusion The method was convenient and reliable. It was suitable for extraction and determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jiaweizuojin Pills.
