护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的效果分析

The Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Patients with Nursing Intervention

目的探讨护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的效果。方法回顾性分析我科收治的154例手术患者的病例资料,所有患者随机分为两组,对照组77例患者应用常规护理方法,观察组77例患者在对照组常规护理基础上进行护理干预。结果两组术后并发症发生率对比结果显示,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者进行护理干预措施可明显降低术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy effect analysis. Method The author in the department were retrospectively studied 154 eases of patients with surgery data, all of the patients were randomLy divided into two groups, control group 77 patients were used conventional nursing methods, observation group 77 patients in the control group based on routine nursing care intervention. Results According to the results of two groups of postoperative complication rates compared to observation group is significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy measures can obviously reduce the postoperative complications, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
